  • How much will I have to pay for shipping and handling for local addresses?
    Shipping is free to local (i.e. Singapore) addresses.

  • How much will I have to pay for shipping and handling for overseas addresses?
    Shipping and handling fees for overseas orders vary according to region. Our customer service staff will contact you regarding payment arrangements once your online order has been submitted. Please contact sales@ethosbooks.com.sg should you have any specific queries.

    Goods and Services Tax will NOT apply to overseas orders.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    For local addresses, you should receive your order in 2-5 working days.

    For overseas addresses, your order should not take more than 2 weeks to arrive by air or 6 weeks by ship. If you have not received your order 6 weeks from the day you made your purchase, please email our customer service staff at sales@ethosbooks.com.sg.
